Ana’s career includes 15+ years of experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for a variety of portfolio sizes for Hyatt, Marriot, Hilton and independent hotels. In her role as the Corporate Director of Hotel Sales, she holds the responsibility of establishing, guiding, and empowering sales teams and initiatives. Additionally, she oversees the Sales and Catering disciplines across the entire portfolio, ensuring they reach their utmost potential. This position is dedicated to optimizing hotel sales revenue through both proactive and reactive sales efforts, playing a pivotal role in executing strategies that boost market share and enhance overall profitability. Ana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Universidad de Oviedo.
