PHILADELPHIA – June 3, 2022 – Joel Hindelang has joined Ensemble Real Estate Investments as Senior Project Manager, responsible for design and construction of new life sciences projects at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia. His immediate focus is on 1201 Normandy Place, a speculative 137,000 square foot R&D and lab building, and a new parking garage to support the building, both underway.
No stranger to the Navy Yard or life sciences, Hindelang comes to Ensemble from Penntex Construction Company, where he served as a project manager on buildings for Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. at 300 Rouse Blvd. and the WuXi AppTec Headquarters at 400 Rouse Blvd. He was previously with Iron Hill Construction, Serfass Construction and Blue Rock Construction in various roles.
Hindelang earned a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Studies from Lafayette College. He resides in Bucks County with his wife and young son.
